Dick is the Founder of Beavertail Manufacturing. Dick has been involved in Hunting and Fishing for more than 25 years. His Grandfather Luger was a proffessional fisherman and his Grandfather Fisher & Father were both avid Duck Hunters, hunting in Canada and the Western States. Dick's curiosity to always go around the next corner, get to the next bay and to go where no one else could get to inspired this business. Through innovation & determination, he searched for and helped create new equipment to get to these areas. Dick is the engineer behind the scenes at Beavertail Manufacturing.

Mark has been the driving force behind the Beavertail family of businesses for the past 10 years. As the President he has been responsible for overseeing operations and new product development. His hunting and fishing passion has driven him to help create a line of products that do one thing and one thing only.
